Payment Information
To avoid any possible confusion, please read the following Terms of Sale.
How to Order: You are invited to place your order online with our shopping cart or by calling TOLL FREE 1-888-303-4569. Our order department is open between 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST Monday through Friday. At other times, an answering machine will take your message. If you leave an order on the machine, we will call you with confirmation some time during the next business day.
Minimum Order: There is NO MINIMUM ORDER on purchases using UPS Ground Service Delivery (5-7 Days). Rush orders have a minimum order requirement of $70.00 (before shipping charges are added). Rush orders for less than $70.00 will be subject to an additional $7.50 handling surcharge.
Rush Orders: Are any orders being shipped Next Day Air, 2-Day air and 3-Day Select Service.Payment Terms: All orders must be pre-paid. Only company check, cash or certified checks will be accepted. Personal checks will be accepted on a pre-payment basis only! Prices quoted are based on terms of order. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover is also accepted for customer convenience.
Shipping: All orders are shipped promptly. We generally ship via UPS Ground. Please allow enough transit time when ordering for a particular event. On request, shipments can be expedited using UPS Blue Service (2 Day Delivery), UPS Red Service (Next Day Delivery) or Federal Express (Saturday Delivery). You will be billed for these additional charges. New customers (less than 45 days) MUST pre-pay freight charges when using UPS Blue, UPS Red or Federal Express. A 3% processing/handling charge is added to each order.
Returns: The merchandise that contains Cyalium® liquid is not sold on approval; therefore, we do not accept returns. When deemed appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within five(5) days after delivery. In such cases, a return authorization label must be obtained and place on the outside of the returned carton.
Imprinting: Many of our products can be imprinted. Swizzles, bracelets, and necklaces incur a $10.00 set-up fee and $.10 per piece running charge. Glow badges incur a $50.00 set-up fee and $.19 per piece running charge. Light sticks incur a $50.00 set-up fee and $.19 per piece running charge. Imprint orders must be 100% pre-paid. Please call for additional details and restrictions.
Additional Information: Unless the laws change, sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped out of the state of Ohio. NOTE: Ohio residents will be charged 6% Ohio Sales Tax. Merchandise in this catalog is not recommended for children under the age of five. Quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice
