How to Keep Track of Your Golf Balls

Keeping track of golf balls is a serious issue for golfers today. The tiny two-inch diameter ball can prove extremely hard to find once it is struck from the golf tee. The golf ball disappears into grassy fields across the golfing range, and men and women are stuck hunting for it for a decent amount of time. Glow in the dark golf balls are an excellent and incredibly helpful invention, created to assist golfers to find the balls in shade and/or when the sun goes down.

  1. First: Determine weather conditions

Weather conditions such as wind speeds and direction determine the direction in which the small golf ball should travel once the player tees off. The ball is extremely light and easily blown off course by even the slightest wind.

  2. Second: Have a caddy

An extra pair of eyes is an excellent way to assist in keeping an eye on the golf ball once it is in the air. The caddy often is driving a golf cart, and a seasoned caddy should have little trouble locating the golf ball without much time wasted or effort exerted.

  3. Third: Go to the general location in which the golf ball landed

Once teed off, the caddy can point you in the general direction in which the golf ball landed. If playing without a caddy, it is important to play close attention to where the golf ball landed. Once in the general location of the ball, begin looking around closely. The little white balls are excellent at hiding.
